Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders can take up to 24 – 48 business hours to process. The number of business days between shipment and delivery will depend on the destination location. By express, it will talk 10-14 days to reach you normally.

How do I create an account?

You can register an account on the My Account page or the checkout page.

How do I change my shipping address?

You log in to your account to modify it yourself, if you have any trouble, please contact us to assist you.

How do I track the status of my order?

To check the status of your order click on My orders. Click the specific order number for detailed information. The Status shows both the status of the order and that of the payment.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We do not save customer credit card information, including card number and security code.

Do you charge sales tax?

In most cases, the tax on goods is already included in the price. If it is exw price, you will pay the purchase tax and shipping cost of the goods.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to worldwide, all countries! We send all packages with tracking number. Once your package is ready for shipping, you will receive its tracking number to your email where you’ll be able to check its progress along the way.

Will my items come in one package?

While most orders will arrive in one package, please note that while we do our best to consolidate, depending on the size of your order, you may receive your order in two or more boxes.

What is your returns policy?

If the goods are damaged or have quality problems, we may ask you to send them back to investigate the cause of the quality defects. Also, we will refund your payment.

I received the wrong item

Please contact us to return or exchange the product for you.

My order arrived damaged

If the goods arrive damaged, please take a photo to us so that we can replace the new goods for you.

How do I receive customer support?

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

You can contact us to correct the shipping address for you or log in to your account to modify it yourself.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

You can cancel the order you have submitted, and then place another order. If you have any difficulties, please contact us to cancel for you.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Sure. You can order products that have been sold out, and we will notify you as soon as they are available.
